WordPress 2.3 is officially out and therefore the testing and bugs are coming in for the WordPress plugin developers. There are a slew of updated plugins being released that either originally promoted their 2.3 compatibility and new errors/bugs were corrected or plugins making it into their 2.3 compatibilty for the first time.

WordPress 2.3 is here. As I said previously, I’m going to wait on the WordPress 2.3 Upgrade. Now that it’s out there are a few confirmed failed upgrades out there. There was little time in between the RC1 and the Final release. The release itself appeared to have come later in the evening on the release date. Thankfully, there have been some massive movements to get everything up to speed. Also, I’m thankful to the GetK2 bunch for updating the K2 Theme to RC1 and WordPress 2.3 ready.

Wow. I’m impressed and congratulations! I am a big K2 fan and their support in their forums are amazing. As is their plugin compatibility, since I’ve only had an issue with 1 plugin since using K2 and it turned out it was the plugins fault anyway.
