Well, here it is, in an interview from Information Week with Scott Rockfeld, group marketing manager at Microsoft, he announces that there are new “innovative” Windows Mobile products coming. Perhaps to Verizon? We can only hope wince the Q9m is a crappy smartphone and not a real PDA!
OTA: What exciting wireless products can we expect from Microsoft in the next six months?
Here’s what Scott Rockfeld had to say:
SR: Microsoft and its partners will be announcing and launching a number of innovative Windows Mobile products in the upcoming months. For example, our partners have already announced several new devices including the Palm Treo 500v in the UK, the Motorola Q9m through Verizon, and the Sprint PPC-6800, and there’s more on the way. Stay tuned.

What do you mean that Q 9m is not a “real” PDA? I bought an original Q AFTER reviewing one for about four months, and I can assure you that it IS a PDA (although the Tasks application needs a lot of work).
If you don’t think the Q 9m is a PDA, I suggest looking up the definition.
Haha, I tried the Q and the Q9m, I meant it’s not a real PDA as in, I like touch screen and Pocket PC functionality with full WM6. Sorry for the confusion. Out of curiosity, how do you like it?
