Count me less than impressed. While I've always had pretty good coverage with Verizon (and I've been on Verizon since about 2001), I've had a string of nightmarish customer service experiences. And their new line-up just doesn't do it for me. The real question for me is, can I afford to switch to another service provider when I can call 75% of my friends, colleagues and coworkers and family in-network for free? If only the iPhone supported Exchange... and wasn't on AT&T... and a whole bunch of other stuff...
