Arabic and Hebrew now on Google Hot Trends

Not sure what’s going on now, first there was Korean, then there was  Chinese , now there is Arabic showing up on Google Hot Trends:

Notice the Hebrew, first on the left for Related Searches:

I’m confused.

    That is weird! It makes you question the validity of Google Trends results. My guess is that some spambot or other sleazy bot entity is pushing these searches for some reason.

    Aha! (I just had an epiphany) - maybe these are spammers who are gaming Google and want their search terms to appear at the top so others will search for them and find their sleazy sites!
