Flickr Improves Web Uploading - New Interface

Flickr has improved their Web Uploading Speeds, Interface and allowed for file access. See below… Works… Also, I noticed that the Windows Flickr Upload tool was updated in June, I probably should get the new version.

Here at Flickr, we want to make sure your photos arrive safely, efficiently, and with style. That why we?ve dumped our dusty old web upload form, and replaced it with a super-duper, sexy-ified, shiny new web uploader.

Some of what?s new:

  • A snazzy new interface! Designed to show you clearer progress for your uploads.
  • More files at once. Only six photos per upload? Ha! Now you can select a bunch of files all at once (using shift-click) and upload them all together.
  • New batch operations. Once your photos have arrived safely, add tags to the batch, or add them all to one of your sets.
  • Magic pixie dust. Helps your photos upload faster!

What are you waiting for? Try it now!

Of course, we have other uploading tools you can use too, if the web uploader isn?t your style.
