I’m off for the weekend to Ithaca, New York home of the Gorges, Cornell University (my college!), hills, waterfalls, bridges, smart people, dirty hippies, one of the Finger Lakes and yes, Collegetown Bagels…
Why they don’t open up a Collegetown Bagels in New York City, I’ll never know. It would do well with hipsters, meat eaters, vegetarians, parents, kids, business-type people. Someone feel free to steal the idea and open one soon, in New York, Preferably Upper East Side. Thanks.
Instead of collegetown bagel store in Manhattan, open up a brooklyn bagel store in collegetown! duh!
